At this introductory program, an expert faculty will provide a general overview of what constitutes a mutual fund. The panel will also explore the different types of mutual funds; the organization of, registration process for, and operation of a mutual fund. Corporate governance in the mutual fund context and ethical issues presented in investment company representations will also be examined.
