During this workshop, participants will learn key strategies and tactics that lead to persuasive business writing and presenting. Topics include, but are not limited to: how to persuade any audience; writing emails that get results; how to lead and control a conversation; structuring your message for impact; constructing your personal pitch, relaxation techniques for public speaking; leveraging slides and A/V materials; how to tell a compelling story & building business relationships that last.
