This program will review important recent legal developments - both in the U.S. and elsewhere - regarding compliance and ethics ("C&E") programs, with an emphasis on how those developments should inform the design and operation of C& E programs. It will also provide a comprehensive overview of one global company's C& E program and will offer "deep dives" into important compliance program areas at two other companies: one concerning third-party C& E measures and the other C&E training and communications.
