Charities are increasingly confronting difficult crisis situations, particularly during these challenging financial times. Nonprofit attorneys and board members may have to deal with state and federal investigations and audits, or financial cutbacks leading to layoffs or difficulties in meeting payroll. Worst case scenarios can include employee theft or other misconduct, as well as the need to consider dissolution, merger, or bankruptcy if the charity is no longer viable. This program addresses all of these important topics.
