This updated annual seminar is intended for attorneys who represent cooperatives and condominiums and, in particular, those who serve as directors on cooperative and condominium boards. A distinguished panel will discuss rules relating to annual meetings; serving on a board and conduct of board meetings; use of e-mails; and the rights of tenants/shareholders or unit owners with respect to board governance.
