A panel consisting of private practitioners representing construction firms, representatives of government agencies and monitors charged with investigating corruption and other misconduct in the construction industry will cover a broad range of topics, including: past and current investigations, the latest government enforcement initiatives, and effective strategies for both avoiding investigations and handling them when they occur.
