This updated seminar is intended for attorneys who represent cooperatives and condominiums and, in particular, those who serve as directors on cooperative and condominium boards. Issues addressed concern board governance, including the role of counsel, conflicts, indemnification and confidentiality as well as those issues that arise when considering prospective purchasers in both cooperatives and condominiums.
