The panel on this Seminar will provide an overview of issues involved in completing an application, including various scenarios resulting from incomplete, inadequate or misleading answers to questions. The panel will address application questions common to the industry in order to provide insight into the purpose of each question. In addition, the panel will discuss inconsistencies between answers a Firm provides on their application and representations a firm makes on its website. Finally, attendees will learn about the importance of the Supplemental Applications in specific situations.
