Credit and political risk insurance is a valuable tool to mitigate risks of cross-border trade transactions. This program is designed for a wide range of professionals, including attorneys and in-house counsel for banks and corporations engaged in cross-border trade as well as insurance professionals. The program will provide an overview of credit and political risk insurance products. The distinguished panel made up of lawyers and underwriters will also focus on policy structure, regulatory issues and claims.
