Come hear the topics de jour from nationally renowned ethicist Stephen Gillers. In this unique program, Professor Stephen Gillers typically features eight to nine distinct topics, chosen close in time to the event to maximize topicality. Issues common to all areas of practice-such as, rules governing fees, conflicts of interest, confidentiality and privilege, unauthorized law practice by lawyers-are also included. The topics are geared toward an audience of diverse interests. Audience questions and comments are encouraged.
