There have been several important, recent developments affecting bankruptcy litigation. Join a panel of experts as they examine some of the legal issues and cases that have emerged in the ongoing bankruptcy boom, including the potential impact of the Tousa case on fraudulent transfer claims arising out of "Ponzi" schemes and recent developments in inter-creditor disputes. The program will also address conflicts that arise between the Bankruptcy Code and foreign insolvency systems and between domestic bankruptcy estates.
