This program is an introductory course in cooperative and condominium law. The very basics will be reviewed as to the formation of the entities, and the governing documents. By-laws and proprietary leases will be discussed for cooperatives, and the Declaration and the by-laws of condominiums. Powers of the Boards will be examined as will the responsibilities of the shareholders and condo unit owners.
