Certain legal disputes have the ability to shape or reshape a corporation's future. This panel will identify and discuss the unique challenges that arise when a company finds itself involved in high-stakes, bet-the-company litigation. The topics will include, among other things, how to evaluate the potential business impact of major litigation, how to develop a proper support system both internally and externally, and how to successfully manage the proliferation of major litigation across multiple jurisdictions, both domestically and abroad.
