This program will address enforcement of court orders in a matrimonial action including getting both your client and yourself paid; how to enter a money judgment and then how to collect on it; we will also discuss the steps necessary to make out a finding of contempt including the procedure to obtain information necessary to enforce a judgment, restraining notices, income executions and levy's against real and personal property.
