A prominent faculty will discuss the significant impact of electronic evidence on matrimonial practice. Topics will include what electronic evidence is, why we need it, how we properly obtain it, preserve it and admit it into evidence at trial along with the consequences associated with improper interception/acquisition of electronic evidence.
