One of the key elements of the Dodd-Frank reforms is the requirement that large financial institutions prepare so-called "living wills," or pre-arranged blueprints for their own resolution under the bankruptcy code and other applicable regimes in the event of their failure. Come hear a distinguished panel of experienced professionals and regulators discuss the basics of the requirements, the challenges they pose to the institutions and their professionals and some of the complex questions the raised by the requirements.
