June 28, 2012
This seminar is a sequel to the popular "A Mediation Career: Getting Started" CLE program. Designed for practicing mediators, it explores some key questions facing them today. The experienced panel will discuss: Mentoring--how to find it; Why to offer it? Is a bricks and mortar office practical and necessary? How can you best use professional media like LinkedIn? What forms are needed and how can you obtain the best ones? How can you best prepare for an upcoming mediation? How should you bill--full day, flat fee, hourly, for follow-up work? The seminar will include ample time for Q and A.
