Many of us have a network of contacts that we think can generate opportunity. Yet, how do we get from the networking reception to actual work? This program exposes you to the overall business pursuit process that helps attorneys to focus on building relationships, beginning to solve the issues or problems that the client is having and starting a partnership with the potential client. The program will provide simple and intuitive tactics that enhance your credibility and increase client readiness to say “yes” without pushiness, cheesiness or guesswork. During this program you will learn to: Understand the business pursuit process and how to manage it; Ask questions that generate opportunities; Learn signals that a client wants to “buy” ; Prepare for and facilitate different “sales” conversations.
