(LIVE PROGRAM) Negotiating the Crossroads of Regulation & Litigation

October 21, 2011

With government oversight of corporate activity increasing both at home and abroad, the dividing line between regulation and litigation has blurred significantly. This panel will discuss the growing overlap between the two worlds, and will touch up on some of the strategic implications that arise when a global corporation is faced with each type of proceeding. The discussion will cover both domestic and international issues, and will focus on, among other things, the interaction of regulatory agencies and private litigation in the fields of corporate securities, banking and antitrust.
