A Judicial Hearing Officer who has ruled on countless uncontested divorces and an experienced matrimonial attorney will take the practitioner step-by-step through the documents necessary to file uncontested divorces. This guidance is particularly relevant now, because of the enactment of the new No Fault grounds and a new section regarding termination of health insurance coverage. The official forms for Uncontested Divorces as well as the new forms reflecting the statutory changes will be distributed.
