This program will address legal ethics violations and other issues that result in claims against law firms. Using a series of hypotheticals, a panel of experts will explore: risk management strategies to prevent claims, how to defend the law firm while complying with ethical duties to the firm's clients, how to obtain insurance coverage for legal malpractice claims, and how to coordinate the defense and insurance strategies.
