This practical program focuses on the connections between the last two skills - thinking like a speaker and thinking like a writer - and how you can apply them to every level of your writing to make it more persuasive. Taught by a lawyer and legal writing expert who has trained thousands of lawyers across the country, this concise program will show you how you can apply the classic skills of rhetoric to your own writing to create sharper, more powerful briefs, as well as other forms of persuasive legal writing. Although aimed at litigators, this program is a must for all lawyers who want to become more persuasive writers.
