This program will focus on "The Rules," e.g., the Uniform Rules of the State of New York, the Statewide Commercial Division Rules, some particular Rules of the Supreme Courts of the different local counties and some unique individual Justices’ Rules. There will also be a "bonus feature" of "CPLR Traps for the Unwary." The panel will engage the audience with true and false/ multiple choice questions, skits performed by the program’s “actors” and other entertaining fare. It is appropriate as a primer for newly-admitted attorneys as well as a valuable resource for experienced attorneys in light of the ever-changing Rules, particularly in this era of electronic filing.
