October 5, 2010

The Supreme Court's October 2009 term included several notable decisions that will have a dramatic impact on broad areas of employment law. The Court addressed a broad array of issues, including employee privacy rights, arbitration of employment claims, statute of limitations rules for Title VII disparate impact claims, and the authority of arbitrators to rule on ratification of collective bargaining agreements. At this program, a distinguished panel representing both management and plaintiff bars will discuss these cases.
