October 25, 2012
An expert faculty will review and preview labor and employment cases before the U.S. Supreme Court. The faculty will examine the significant decisions that were issued following the October 2011 Term; the important issues that are to be considered in the upcoming October 2012 Term; and often most telling of all - the issues that the Court has decided not to decide, but to leave for further development by the lower courts. Our Panel will include the perspectives of advocates for employees and counsel for management, as well as a neutral and academic.
