There comes a time in the existence of every major corporation when management will be forced to confront an unexpected, company-defining event. This panel will discuss the risks and opportunities that accompany a major corporate event, and to describe the various strategic decisions that management must confront when faced with such an event. Additionally, the Panel will discuss the internal controls and procedures that may be put in place prior to a crisis, so that they will be prepared if and when one does occur.
