Hear from a panel of lawyers who regularly counsel debtors, lenders, creditors' committees and other key constituencies in today's most complex bankruptcy cases. They will discuss key tools and provisions of the Bankruptcy Code, including the automatic stay, property of the estate, financing, and various aspects of chapter 11.
