This program reviews recent legal and regulatory developments relating to corporate compliance and ethics programs. It will also feature "deep dives" into three best-practices programs, exploring such important and challenging topics as risk assessment, board oversight of compliance, creation of a "speak-up" culture and escalation procedures, and mitigation of third-party corruption and fraud risks. The program will present practical, cutting edge approaches to staying ahead of the risk curve, both in the U.S. and in the global marketplace.
